Louis-Charles of France

Louis-Charles of France (Versailles, 27 march 1785 – Paris, 8 june 1795)
Second son of king Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette, duke of Normandie, dauphin de France since 1789 Then prince royal from 1791 to 1792.
After his father died in 1793 he was regarded as entitled to the French crown by the name of Louis XVII.
He died in the Temple prison in 1795, at the age of 10 years and two months without having reigned.
