Het architectenbureau bestaat sinds 2008. Er werken enkele mensen samen, de hoofdarchitect, Edith Janzen, een technisch nedewerker en iemand die meewerkt om metingen te doen.
Voor externe vragen, zoals RT 2012, seisme, funderingsonderzoek, ERP, risico's op natuurveschijnselen en begrotingen huren wij gecertificeerde bureaus in.
Ons bureau werkt door heel Frankrijk, en heeft haar zetel in Sorèze. Wij spreken naast Nederlands ook Engels, Frans en Duits.

Our architect office exists since 2008. We are working with a qualified staff, but the board is only the architect, Edith Janzen.
For all external items, as there are the RT 2012, seismic matters, foundation survey, climat advice, risq management, ERP and calculation, we ask the help of specified, and certified experts.
We accept work all over France, meanwhile the headcouncel is in Sorèze. Besides Dutch, we speak English, French and German.

Notre bureau d'architectes, depuis 2008, se trouve à Sorèze. Néanmoins on fait l' appel d'offres partout en France. L'architecte, Edith Janzen, est en collaboration avec deux techniciens.
Pour tout question, hors de la mission d'architecte, comme RT 2012, ERP, avis sur les fondations, seïsme et chiffrage, en compte sur des experts certifiés dans la matière.
On parle le Néerlandais, l'anglais, le français et l'allemand

Naar aanleiding van informatie over het project, per mail of telefonisch, maken wij een offerte voor de diverse onderdelen van de opdracht.
Indien de klant accoord is, wordt een aanbetaling gevraagd van ca 25 % van de totaalsom.
Tussen klant en Creacom architectes wordt een contract opgesteld, volgens het contract van de Ordre des Architectes.
Wij maken vervolgens een vergunningsaanvraag, afhankelijk van de aard van het project.
Aanvullende informatie na indiening wordt door ons ook geleverd, totdat de vergunning binnen is. Alle externe vragen wordt separaat met de betreffende technici afgesproken, maar wel door ons begeleid en voorbereid.
Bijvoorbeeld de aparte vergunning voor een afvalwaterafvoer.

If the client tells his ideas and gives information about the project, by mail or by phonecall, we make an offer, detailled.
If the client agrees, we will ask for a 25 % of the total as a deposit payment.
A (standard) contract of the Ordre des Architectes between parties is made in all cases. We will work on a permit, depending on the character of the project.
Extra information, sometimes asked by the authorities, after deposit, will made by us, as much that is needed for a permit.
All external matters will be agreed separately with the experts, but surveyed by us. I.e. the permit for the sewage system.

Depuis l'information sur le projet, par mél ou par téléphone, nous on produit un devis, détaillé. Une fois convenue, on vous demande un acompte de 25 %.
Entre le client et CreaCom sera établi le contrat d'architecte selon le contrat de l' Ordre des Architectes.
En suite on se lance sur un permis de construire, selon les propretés du projet.
Tout question de la part des autorités de l'urbanisme, après dépôt de la demande d 'un permis de construire, sera fait. Les exiges externes, seront accompagné par nos soins, mais convenues avec les techniciens ou experts externes, certifié.
Par exemple le permis pour un dispositif d' une fosse septique.

Kosten/Costs/Coûts

Voor een vergunning rekenen wij een bedrag wat varieert van 1200 tot 2600 euro. Voor advieswerkzaamheden rekenen wij 40 euro per uur.
Een technisch rapport, zoals een aankoopkeuring kost ca 900 euro.

For a permit we ask an amount between 1200 to 2600 euros. Advice will cost 40 euros per hour.
A technical survey, aimed on purchasing an object, will cost about 900 euros.

Un permis de construire coûte entre 1200 et 2600 euros. Un avis ou recherche coûte 40 euro l'heure.
Une étude technique sur une maison avant l'acquisition sera apr. 900 euros.
